Our aim is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Once you have placed your order, we need 1-2 business days to process it. Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched, which takes 4-6 business days, therefore, it will normally be with you within 5-8 business days from placing your order.

To initiate a return, you have 30 days from the receipt of your order. The items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original labels and tags attached. The product must also be in its original packaging.

To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at info@luxewardrobe.co.uk. They will provide you with a return address and a return form to include in the package.

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for returns. We recommend using a delivery service with a tracking code to ensure the package's safe return.
